This page brings together the questions that Lucky Win players in Pakistan ask most often. All amounts on Lucky Win are in PKR. Supported payment methods include JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer, cards and mobile wallets. Lucky Win is available to adults aged 18 and over only.

Account & Registration

Click the Register button at the top of any page. Fill in your mobile number, email address and a password of your choice. You will receive a one-time verification code on your registered mobile number — enter it to activate your account. The whole process takes under two minutes.

Completely free. There is no registration fee, no monthly charge and no cost to browse the platform. You only add money to your account when you choose to start playing.

You must be at least 18 years old to register and play on Lucky Win. By creating an account you confirm you meet this requirement. We carry out identity checks and any account found to belong to a minor will be closed immediately, with any funds returned to the payment source.

No. Each person is allowed one account only. Duplicate accounts are against our Terms and Conditions and may result in all accounts being closed and bonuses being voided. If you have trouble accessing your existing account, use the Forgot Password option or contact [email protected].

Log in to your account and go to Account Settings. You can update your email address directly from there. To change your registered mobile number, please contact [email protected] with your current number and a valid reason — our team will process the update after a short verification step.

Email [email protected] from your registered email address and request account closure. Any remaining PKR balance will be refunded to your last used withdrawal method before the account is closed. If you are closing your account due to concerns about your gaming habits, we can also set up a self-exclusion period instead — just mention it in your message.
Deposits & Withdrawals

Lucky Win supports JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer, debit and credit cards, and other popular mobile wallets available in Pakistan. All transactions are processed in PKR so there is no need to convert currency or worry about exchange rates.

The minimum deposit amount varies slightly by payment method but starts from as low as PKR 200 for mobile wallet options like JazzCash and Easypaisa. Bank transfers and card deposits may have a slightly higher minimum. The exact figure for each method is shown on the deposit screen inside your account.

First, wait a few minutes — mobile wallet transactions occasionally take a short time to process. If your balance has still not updated after 15 minutes, contact [email protected] and include your registered mobile number, the payment method used, the amount and the approximate time of the transaction. Our team will trace and resolve it promptly.

Withdrawals to JazzCash and Easypaisa are typically processed within a few hours. Bank transfers usually arrive within one to two business days depending on your bank. Withdrawal requests are reviewed by our team before processing — this normally takes under an hour during business hours.

Yes. The minimum withdrawal is PKR 500. Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, and your account must have completed basic verification before a withdrawal can be processed.

As a general rule, withdrawals are processed back to the same payment source used for your deposit. This is a standard security measure. If you need to change your withdrawal method, contact [email protected] — our team will review the request and guide you through the necessary verification steps.
Bonuses & Promotions

New members who make a qualifying first deposit receive a welcome bonus credited to their account. The bonus amount and percentage match are shown on the Promotions page. To receive the bonus, your deposit must meet the minimum qualifying amount and your account must be fully verified.

A wagering requirement means you need to bet the bonus amount a set number of times before it can be withdrawn as real cash. For example, a 10x wagering requirement on a PKR 1,000 bonus means you need to place PKR 10,000 in bets using that bonus. Your progress is tracked in real time in the bonus section of your account dashboard.

Requesting a withdrawal before clearing the wagering requirements on an active bonus will result in that bonus and any associated winnings being forfeited. Only your original deposit amount will be returned. Always check your current bonus status in your account before requesting a withdrawal.

Yes. Lucky Win regularly runs reload bonuses, cashback offers, sports betting promotions tied to PSL and T20 matches, and seasonal campaigns. Check the Promotions page regularly — logged-in members sometimes see exclusive offers not visible to guests.

First, check that your deposit met the minimum qualifying amount and that your account is fully verified. Bonuses are usually credited within a few minutes of a qualifying deposit. If it still has not appeared after 30 minutes, contact [email protected] with your deposit details and we will investigate right away.
Sports & Cricket Betting

Lucky Win covers Pakistan Super League (PSL), international T20 series involving Pakistan, ODI and Test matches, major T20 tournaments, and domestic cricket leagues. Football, esports and other sports are also available. Visit the Sports page for a full list of live and upcoming markets.

Yes. In-play betting is available on selected cricket matches, football games and other sports. Odds update in real time as the game progresses. You can back a team to win mid-innings or bet on the next wicket, over totals and other live markets. Log in and head to the Sports section to see which games have live markets open.

If a cricket match is abandoned before a result can be determined — due to rain, security reasons or any other cause — bets are generally voided and stakes returned to your account balance. For partial results (such as a DLS-adjusted result), the official outcome is used to settle bets. Full details are in our Terms and Conditions.

Winning bets are settled and credited to your PKR balance automatically once the official result is confirmed. For cricket, this is usually within a few minutes of the match ending. In-play bets on individual events (like a wicket falling) are settled as soon as the event is confirmed during the game.

Yes, a minimum bet applies per selection. The exact amount is displayed on the bet slip when you select a market. Minimum bet amounts are kept low so players at all levels can participate. Maximum bet limits also apply and vary by market and event.
Casino & Games

Refresh your browser and re-enter the table. If you were in the middle of a round when the connection dropped, the game server records the state of every round independently of your connection. Any bets placed before the disconnection will be settled normally and the result will show in your game history. Contact support if there is any discrepancy.
